VPT Continues Expanding Access to Birth Spacing Services at Family Health Mela

On 30 April, VPT took part in the Family Health Mela organized with the Population Welfare Department Sindh (PWD) in Malir district. During these outreach events, the team provided birth spacing counselling, method provision, and referrals, ensuring that underserved populations have access to essential reproductive health services. This initiative demonstrates VPT's unwavering commitment to expanding access to quality family planning and birth spacing services in rural and semi-urban areas of Sindh. Through strategic partnerships with government health departments, VPT continues to reach more families and support informed reproductive health decisions. The Family Health Mela served as an important platform for community engagement, awareness-raising, and direct service delivery, bringing quality healthcare closer to those who need it most.
